The **Queensland Police Service (QPS)**, through QGAir, is seeking a comprehensive **Electronic Flight Bag (EFB)** solution to support its rotary wing and fixed wing aviation operations. This tender aims to establish a secure and sustainable managed service to replace current arrangements and ensure operational continuity.

The procurement is divided into three primary components, which may be bundled or severed:
* **Hardware:** Supply of Apple iPad mini devices.
* **Mobile Device Management (MDM):** A platform for securing, monitoring, and controlling EFB devices.
* **Managed Services:** Comprehensive support including device configuration, software deployment, security controls, and lifecycle management.
Note: This contract excludes specialist aviation software, SIM cards, and the physical operational use of devices within aircraft.
