East Gippsland Shire Council (Council) seeks to engage a suitably qualified Design & Construct Contractor to expand and optimise landfill gas (LFG) collection systems at two sites:• Separable Portion 1 (SP1) – Lakes Entrance Landfill (LEL), and• Separable Portion 2 (SP2) – Bairnsdale Regional Landfill (BRL). Both sites have existing LFG infrastructure and require additional vertical extraction wells, header upgrades, and improved condensate management to support compliance, operational performance, and future ACCU opportunities.
