Summary and scope

The City is seeking to appoint a managed service provider for the supply of uniforms to support the ongoing improvement and effective management of uniform provisions for staff. The successful supplier will work collaboratively with the City to promote consistency in ordering processes, maintain alignment with the City’s brand standards, and ensure uniforms meet appropriate safety and functional requirements across the workforce.The supplier will be expected to source and supply the full range of the City’s fitted workwear requirements. Where items are not available within the supplier’s core product range, the supplier should propose suitable alternatives from their broader catalogue or sourcing network to meet any unique operational needs of the City.The City’s preference is to establish a single managed service solution. However, should the City determine that a single supplier cannot adequately meet all requirements, the City reserves the right to award portions of the contract to separate specialist suppliers where necessary
