Summary and scope

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations to provide design and construction services to deliver new Clubhouse and Amenities buildings at Sunraysia Equestrian Centre. The buildings will need to be constructed as modular/transportable buildings as they will be situated in a flood zone and will need to be moved when river flooding occurs.ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.INSPECTION: A site inspection is scheduled for 11.00am on Thursday 19 March 2026. Inspections are highly recommended but not mandatory.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel.Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
