### 🏗️ Tender Overview: ROK CQIRP Paddock Fencing Central Queensland University (CQU) is inviting suitably qualified contractors to submit proposals for the **removal and replacement of internal boundary fencing** at the CQIRP facility in North Rockhampton, Queensland. The existing infrastructure has reached the end of its serviceable life and requires comprehensive upgrades to remain fit for purpose. ### 📋 Scope of Work The project is divided into two distinct separable portions: * **Separable Portion 1:** Removal and reinstatement of approximately 1,900 linear meters of vermin-proof rural fencing, including all necessary gates and flood gates. * **Separable Portion 2:** Removal of approximately 136 linear meters of rural fencing, replaced with 1,800mm high chain-link fencing featuring a 3-barb topper on the southwestern boundary corner. * **Site Preparation:** Includes clearing and preparing an access corridor to facilitate vehicle movement around the site boundary. ### 📍 Requirements & Site Visit * **Mandatory Site Visit:** Interested parties must attend a mandatory site visit on **Friday, 20th March 2026, at 9:00 AM**.
