Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the **Wetalla Electrical Renewal Project**. This project involves the critical renewal of electrical infrastructure at the Wetalla Water Reclamation Facility, which has reached the end of its service life or requires upgrades to meet current regulatory standards.

The project requires a holistic, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach to manage complex interdependencies between the facility's mechanical plant and electrical systems, including:
* **Main Switchboards (MSB-A and MSB-B)**
* **Motor Control Centres (MCCs)** (Disinfection, AWTP, and Biosolids)
* **11kV/415V Transformers and RMU infrastructure**
### ๐ Key Requirements
* **ECI Process:** Two proponents will be shortlisted to provide ECI services, assisting in concept design and contractual development before submitting final tenders for design, construction, and commissioning.
* **Mandatory Site Inspection:** Attendance at the site inspection on **Thursday 9 April 2026** at the Wetalla Water Reclamation Facility is mandatory. Registration is required via VendorPanel by 2pm, 8 April 2026.
* **Qualifications:** Bidders must demonstrate capability in large-scale electrical infrastructure, water/sewage treatment plant construction, and switchgear management.
