Yamba Movement and Place Plan

Summary and scope

Clarence Valley Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants to prepare a Movement and Place Plan for Yamba. The plan will establish a strategic framework to guide the future of Yamba’s street network, balancing the safe and efficient movement of people and goods with the town’s coastal character and growing community and visitor demands. Yamba’s limited access points, constrained corridors and increasing visitation create congestion, safety and amenity challenges that require a coordinated and forward-looking approach.
