The **Queensland Department of Justice** is seeking qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive **Gambling Help Services** across Queensland. #### π Scope of Work
Successful suppliers will be responsible for:
* **Counselling and Support (GH100):** Providing direct assistance to individuals at risk of or experiencing gambling harm.
* **Community Education (GH104):** Delivering educational programs to service providers, community members, and gambling industry staff.
* **Capacity Building (GH105):** Strengthening the capabilities of relevant stakeholders and service providers.

Bidders must demonstrate:
* Adherence to the **Queensland Government Supplier Code of Conduct**.
* Appropriate insurance coverage (Workers Compensation, $10M Public Liability, $1M Professional Indemnity).
* Independent accreditation under recognized human services quality frameworks (e.g., HSQF, National Standards for Mental Health Services).
* Implementation of **Child Safe Standards**.
* Provision of accessible, child-safe service centers in the regions of operation.
