Summary and scope

The Supplier will be required to provide the following Gambling Help Services (the Services):• Counselling and Support (GH100) to people experiencing or at risk of experiencing gambling harm (P101);• Community Education (GH104) to P101 and Service Providers (P104), Community Members (P104), and Gambling licensees, providers and staff (P106); and• Capacity building (GH105) to P104 and P105.The resulting contract (under Service Agreement Standard Terms) will be for an initial period of three (3) years from 1 October 2026, with the possibility of two (2) x one (1) year extensions.Suppliers may offer to provide Gambling Help Services in one, some or all 11 Queensland Service Regions.
