Summary and scope
The Central Darling Shire Council (the Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractor to provide quote for supply and installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels and battery systems for buildings owned by the Principal in the towns of Ivanhoe, Menindee, White Cliffs and Wilcannia.The buildings identified suitable for installation of solar system are located in all four main towns of Council. The buildings was built at various time (from 4 to 139 years old) with various designs. All the buildings are functional and with COLORBOND® steel roofs (except for White Cliffs Swimming Pool).The Principal allocated funding of approximately $600,000 this financial year 2025-2026 for supply and installation of solar PV system and battery storage.
