Summary and scope
Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to undertake a Consultancy for the preparation of a Clarence Housing Strategy. This Strategy will guide residential development across the municipality for the next 15 years and beyond. The Strategy will consider the present and future residents of Clarence, and where and how the municipality should accommodate growth to support our community. Full details are provided in Schedule 1 of the specimen copy of the Contract appearing in Part 4 of this Invitation.
