ICTSS.2104 Portfolio, Program and Project (3P) Assurance Services Panel Refresh

Summary and scope

The Office of Assurance and Investment (OAI) is seeking Expressions of Interest from suppliers interested in tendering for a refresh of the ICTSS.2104 Portfolio, Program and Project (3P) Assurance Services panel. In 2024, the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) established ICTSS.2104 Portfolio, Program and Project (3P) Assurance Services (the Panel). The Panel is a Common-Use-Supply-Arrangement established for whole-of-government use. The suppliers on the Panel have been pre-qualified to provide objective and independent assurance services that Queensland Government departments are required to meet their compliance obligations under the Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture (QGEA) Portfolio, Program and Project Management and Assurance Policy (the Policy) and QGEA Portfolio, Program and Project Assurance Framework (the Framework). OAI is reviewing the Panel requirements and making amendments to align with global best practice methodologies in digital and ICT-enabling projects, programs and portfolios.
