Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking proposals from experienced contractors for the **design, supply, installation, commissioning, and performance validation** of a new sludge dewatering system at the Narrung Street Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). This project includes the replacement of the existing polymer batching and dosing system.

- **System Capacity:** Nominal hydraulic throughput of 40–55 m³/hr at ~1.4% w/v solids concentration (approx. 400–420 kg DS/hr), with peak flows up to 20 L/s.
- **Performance Targets:** Target cake solids of 18–22% DS and solids capture of 95%.
- **Operational Regime:** Intermittent operation, approx. 60 hours per week, with potential for 10–12 hour continuous runs.
- **Integration:** Must integrate with existing Rockwell ControlLogix PLC and ClearSCADA platforms via Ethernet/IP.
- **Infrastructure:** Skid-mounted systems are preferred, though solutions utilizing existing infrastructure will be considered.
