Summary and scope
Ballina Shire Council are seeking to engage suitably qualified contractor/s to deliver mowing maintenance and slashing services for identified Council assets and public spaces for a 3 year period.A single contractor will be engaged to service each of the following tranches on an agreed frequency:Tranche 1 - 4 x Designated Public SpacesTranche 2 - 12 x Reservoir sitesTranche 3 - 9 x Wastewater Treatment Plant sitesTranche 4 – 27 x Fire Trails and Asset Protection Zones (APZ)Tranche 5 – Slashing, Ballina Resource Recovery Centre (BRRC)Slashing and mowing services will also be required for ad-hoc engagements.
