Summary and scope

The scope of the Contract will cover the following requirements:The Supplier will be required to provide the following Services:(a) Digital Services (GH106) to Service Users, which include:• Gambling Helpline, providing Information, assessment and referral (GH102) and in scope components of Counselling and Support (GH100), being provision of psychological first aid, crisis support, brief interventions and short-term counselling to people experiencing or at risk of experiencing gambling harm (P101); and• Gambling Help Queensland website and social media channels, providing information about gambling risks and harm, self-assessment tools, and a directory of gambling help and support options.The Services are to be delivered Statewide (Queensland).
