CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake roof and soffit repairs at the CQU Mackay City Campus, Building MKC001, located at 90-92 Sydney Street, Mackay.This building comprises five levels (including ground level), plus plant and lift motor rooms on level six / main roof level, and was constructed in the early 1990’s. Due to age, roof and soffit repairs are now required.Tenderers are required to attend a Mandatory Site Visit on the 16th of April. A tender received from a tenderer that has not attended the Mandatory Site Visit will not be considered.
