Summary and scope

CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Civil Engineering Consultants to provide design services for the proposed extension of an existing carpark at the CQU Mackay Ooralea Campus – Trades Training Centre, located at 171 Boundary Road, Ooralea.The Trades Training Centre offers a range of vocational education and training programs across various trade disciplines, including automotive, engineering, construction, etc., with this section of the campus being constructed in the early 2010’s. The existing carpark is located to the north of this Centre and adjacent to Boundary Road. Due to growth, including new facilities, additional trade programs and increased block training numbers, additional parking for staff and students is now required.Upon completion of these design services, a further tender will be called to appoint a Contractor to undertake construction.Any offeror wishing to submit an Offer in response to this Request for Quote must attend a Mandatory Site Visit.For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review "Appendix A - Scope of Requirements and Specifications".
