Civil and Landscaping Works - Green Street Carpark, Glenbrook

Summary and scope

Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the green street car park in Glenbrook through this Request for Tender (RFT) No [2025/26-600012]. A full description of the nature and extent of the Works under the Contract are set out in Part 2 of this Request for Tender. The Works generally comprise: • Construction of a new formalised at-grade car park providing approximately 28 car spaces and 3 motorcycle spaces; • Asphalt pavement works including boxing out, granular base, and asphalt surfacing; • Concrete kerbing including edge strip, kerb only, and castellated kerb; • Sandstone block kerbing where detailed; • Grassed swale and subsoil drainage works; • Adjustment of existing services and utility covers; • Signs, line marking and traffic control devices; • Tree protection measures and works within tree protection zones (TPZ); • Associated earthwo...
