Summary and scope
The Ambrym Street Housing Project comprises the design and construction of ten (10) new residential dwellings within a proposed subdivision at Ambrym Street. The development will deliver a mix of dwelling types in accordance with the issued architectural drawings and site plan.The Contractor is responsible for the full design development, coordination and construction of the Works, including all associated civil works, services infrastructure and external works required to deliver a complete and operational housing development.The Works shall be delivered in accordance with Remote Housing Standards and all applicable codes, standards and authority requirements, and shall result in dwellings that are fit for purpose and ready for occupation.
