In undertaking the strategic review, Council desires to reach a position on the future ownership, management and development of the Swan Hill Motorsports Complex.Briefing Session: A non-mandatory online briefing session will be held at 11:00 AM on 14 April 2026 via Microsoft Teams to provide an overview of the Invitation to Supply.
