Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced environmental consultants to undertake both a Preliminary Site Investigation (PSI) and, following approval, a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) in accordance with the National Environment Protection (Assessment of Site Contamination) Measure 1999 (as amended 2013) and relevant NSW EPA Contaminated Land Guidelines.
