CPA/6513 Design and Construction – Northlakes and Watanobbi Oval Amenities Upgrade

Summary and scope

Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced Design and Construct Contractor (D&C) for the design and construction of two new Amenities Building upgrades and associated works at Northlakes Oval, 4W Emu Drive, San Remo, NSW, 2262 and Watanobbi Oval, De L’Isle Drive, Watanobbi, NSW, 2259 (‘Proposed Contract’).The two projects/separable portions which form the basis of the Contract are:• Separable Portion 1: New Amenities Building and Associated Works at Northlakes Oval• Separable Portion 2: New Amenities Building and Associated Works at Watanobbi OvalThis is a lump sum contract based on AS4902-2000 General Conditions of Contract for Design and Construct. The Contract is split into two (2) Separable Portions as noted above.Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
