### 📋 Tender Overview The **Queensland Mental Health Commission (QMHC)** is seeking proposals from qualified research and evaluation consultancies, universities, and similar entities to conduct an independent, 12-month evaluation of the **Queensland Primary Health Network (PHN) Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Initiative**. ### 🎯 Scope of Work The successful bidder will evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the AOD Initiative, which supports regionally tailored activities under *Achieving balance: The Queensland Alcohol and Other Drugs Plan 2022–2027*.
