Summary and scope

Council invites suitably qualified and experienced tenderers to submit a tender for the procurement, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance and support of technical and audio-visual (AV) systems for Lismore City Hall event spaces. The venue is intended to operate as a multi-purpose facility catering for performances, cultural and community events, exhibitions, workshops, conferences, meetings, and civic functions. Council is seeking AV solutions that are reliable, user-friendly (plug-and-play where possible), scalable, and appropriate for operation within a regional venue context.The purpose of this tender is to seek submissions for the supply, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of technical and AV systems for Lismore City Hall, to enhance functionality, user experience, and accessibility. This tender relates to four (4) designated event spaces within Lismore City Hall, being:1. The Auditorium2. The Fountain Room3. The Studio4. The VIP RoomTenderers are required to specify, install, and support AV systems in accordance with the requirements of this tender. It is to be noted that the main space: The Auditorium is the principal space within the scope of this tender and must be treated as the highest priority in all responses. For the purposes of this procurement, Council may consider submissions that address:a) an integrated service delivery model for all four spaces (itemised); orb) a service delivery model covering The Auditorium with other spaces (itemised) listed with a minimum of one other space.This scope further encompasses the possibility that the tenderer may be required to provide AV equipment, and systems hire services to users of the specified spaces.Please see Scope of Works document for further information.
