Council invites tenders for the provision of environmental impact assessment services associated with the Kiwarrak Off-River Water Storage Scheme (Formally known as the Peg Leg Storage Dam). This tender is made up of two phases;• Phase 1 – Scoping Report• Phase 2 – Environmental Impact StatementAt completion of Phase 1 (scoping report), the Principal may, at its sole discretion, terminate the contract if the consultant’s performance is unsatisfactory. This does not preclude termination at any other time in accordance with the contract terms.
