Provision and Implementation of an Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution

Summary and scope

Hinchinbrook Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced tenderers for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to replace Council’s existing platform.Council is seeking to establish a contract with a Contractor capable of delivering a modern, scalable, and secure ERP solution that supports Council’s core business functions, including finance, procurement and contract management, asset management, inventory/stores, and human resources/payroll. The proposed solution is expected to improve operational efficiency, enhance data integrity, strengthen reporting capabilities, and support compliance with applicable legislative and governance requirements.The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the supply and configuration of the ERP system, data migration from existing systems, integration with third-party applications, system implementation (including project management, testing, and deployment), user training, and the provision of ongoing support, maintenance, and system enhancements.Council is seeking a collaborative delivery approach, whereby the successful Contractor will work closely with Council stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from the current system, minimise disruption to operations, and deliver a solution that aligns with Council’s strategic objectives and service delivery requirements.Tenders are to be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in this Request for Tender (RFT), including the detailed scope of works outlined in Part 5 – Scope.
