### 📋 Tender Overview Moree Plains Shire Council is inviting submissions from qualified and experienced consultants to develop a comprehensive **Fleet Asset Management Plan (AMP)**. This project aims to establish a strategic framework for managing the Council's fleet assets in alignment with industry standards. ### 🎯 Project Scope & Requirements The successful respondent will be responsible for executing the project across four key stages: * **Stage 1:** Data Collection and Modelling * **Stage 2:** Stakeholder Engagement * **Stage 3:** Asset Management Plan Development * **Stage 4:** Asset Management Plan Endorsement **Key Compliance Requirements:** * The plan must be completed in the **IPWEA NAMS+ format**. * The project must be compliant with **ISO 55001** principles. * A $5 million Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance cover is required. * The project is expected to be completed by **31 July 2026**. ### 📍 Location & Context Located in North West NSW, the Moree Plains Shire is a major agricultural hub. The Council is currently undergoing significant growth and infrastructure development, making robust asset management critical for future operations.
