Central Coast Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of Recyclables Receival and Processing Services. This Request for Tender (RFT) forms part of Council’s broader program to modernise waste and resource recovery service delivery and to establish a new long-term processing arrangement to replace existing contractual arrangements. The RFT seeks to appoint a contractor capable of delivering reliable, transparent and high-performing recyclables processing services that support Council’s environmental objectives, community expectations and regulatory obligations. The proposed contract term is: • Initial Term: 10 years (commencing Monday, 1 March 2027) • Extension Options: 3 years + 2 years (at Council’s discretion) • Maximum Term: 15 years
