### 🏗️ Project Overview Queensland Hydro is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for **Surface-based Civil Infrastructure Works** to support the **Borumba Pumped Hydro Energy Storage (PHES) Project Exploratory Works**. This project is a critical component of Queensland's energy transition, focusing on long-duration pumped hydro storage. ### 📋 Scope of Work The successful contractor will act as the **Principal Contractor**, managing site operations in steep, undeveloped terrain.
