Summary and scope
The Principal invites the Tenderer to submit a Tender for the Refurbishment of MSAC level 1 meeting spaces, Spin Room, Group Fitness Room and Arena Function Space which are also located on level 1 at MSAC. The core functions of these spaces will be unchanged with the exception of the Arena Function Space which will be updated to be dual purpose as teaching classrooms and function space.
