Successful bidders will be responsible for the replacement and upgrade of:

Works must be executed with minimal disruption to ongoing sporting events and community activities. Contractors are expected to implement proactive planning and staging to maintain facility operations during the construction period.

* **Proven Experience:** Demonstrated delivery of at least one Victorian Government public-sector asset upgrade (min. $1.5M) within the last 5 years.
* **Operational Continuity:** Experience in delivering projects within facilities that remained open to the public.
* **Compliance:** Adherence to strict occupational health and safety (OHS) and industrial relations management criteria.
