Refer to the Request for Quote included in the documentation pack for the detailed and comprehensive aspects of the tender.Legal Aid Queensland (LAQ) is seeking a highly experienced and capable Construction Contractor to deliver the Cairns Office Fit-Out Project (Level 7 & 8, 46-48 Sheridan Street Cairns QLD 4870) .This project represents a critical component of LAQ’s organisational transformation, requiring expert construction and project delivery to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and alignment with LAQ’s strategic objectives.Industry briefing sessionThe Customer will hold a mandatory supplier briefing session for contractors on Wednesday 06 May 2026 via a Teams Meeting invitation. Contractors are to advise in writing via the Vendor Panel Portal and or email to laqwps.procurement@legalaid.qld.gov.au by Thursday 30 April 2026, 2pm that they will be attending. An Agenda will be distributed to all attendees prior to the briefing session. The Customer requests that a maximum of two (2) representatives per organisation attend.As per the Conditions of Contract and due to the sensitive nature of these services, Supplier Personnel will be required to complete a Privacy, Confidentiality, and Conflict of Interest Deed (PCCID) and return it to the customer by 2.00pm, Friday 08 May 2026.
