Summary and scope

Submissions are sought by the City of Busselton (the City) and the Shire of Augusta Margaret River (the Shire) (depending on the context, either jointly or severally the Principal) for the construction of a continuous shared use trail along the former Busselton to Flinders Bay railway corridor known as the Wadandi Track located within the Shire and the City. A detailed statement of the Requirements to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract is set out in Part 3 – Specification.It is the City and the Shire’s intention to each enter separate Contracts with the successful Tenderer(s) in relation to the portion(s) of the Requirements located in their respective districts, in accordance with the process set out in this Request for Tender.Please note that a tender briefing and Site inspection will be held as follows:Date and time: Friday 1 May 2026 @ 9:00 amPlace: City of Busselton Administration Building [Yoganup Meeting Room]2 Southern Drive, Busselton WA Attendance at this meeting and Site inspection is mandatory.
