The successful respondent will be responsible for:
* **Bulk Earthworks:** Managing ash surface reshaping and material movement.
* **Infrastructure Closure:** Decommissioning and closure of sediment ponds.
* **Construction:** Building drainage channels and site access tracks.
* **Landscaping:** Final site restoration to meet design and environmental standards.
### 🔑 Key Requirements
* **Compliance:** Must adhere to strict environmental, safety, and quality standards.
* **Timeline:** The target completion date for all works is **30th June 2028**.
* **Technical Data:** Average ash movement distance is approximately 120m. Access track widths vary between 5m and 14m.
* **Insurance:** Future tender stages will require Professional Indemnity ($10M), Public Liability ($20M), and Contract Works insurance.
