Operation of the Complex – Caretaker obligations: Keep Complex open for use. Operate the Complex honestly and competently. Keep phone within reach at all times Be available after hours for enquiries, access and repair callouts and general facility supervision and management. Be available for user-group meetings and other council organised meetings that are involved with the site and its users. Be available during functions held on the Complex to ensure facilities and services are operational. Take precautions to minimize water wastage and adhere to Council directions for water conservation. Must not allow children access to the Complex unless the child is in the care of a responsible adult. May remove a person who is causing a nuisance, engaging in harmful or inebriated.
