### 🏢 Tender Overview Kalkadoon PBC is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive **Business Model** for the proposed Kalkadoon Heritage and Community Centre. This project is the first of a three-stage initiative aimed at strengthening the organization's corporate governance, operational structure, and long-term sustainability. ### 🎯 Key Requirements & Scope The successful consultant will be responsible for: * **Governance Review:** Analyzing and improving the organizational structure and corporate governance of Kalkadoon PBC. * **Strategic Planning:** Developing a roadmap for the establishment and operation of a Cultural, Tourism, and Economic Precinct on Kalkadoon land. * **Capacity Building:** Identifying and recommending training programs for Directors and board members to enhance compliance and program delivery. ### 📋 Qualifications & Preferences Preference will be given to consultants with: * Proven experience with the **CATSI Act** and PBC/Native Title governance. * Expertise in business model development for Indigenous or not-for-profit organizations. * Familiarity with **NIAA Indigenous Grants** and grant schedule structures. * A strong track record in culturally safe engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organizations. ### 📍 Location & Logistics While remote work is permitted, the project requires at least one site visit to **Mount Isa, Queensland**.
