2026.015 - Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for Specialised Plant Hire

Summary and scope

Livingstone Shire Council is inviting tenders to establish a Preferred Supplier Arrangement (PSA) for the Supply and Delivery of Specialised Plant Hire (wet hire with experienced operators) across the Shire. The contract will support Council’s ongoing civil, construction, maintenance and infrastructure works.The PSA covers a broad range of high-risk specialised plant and services, including cranes, concrete cutting and pumping, elevated work platforms, vacuum trucks and excavation, stabilisers, road profiling, water jetting, underground service location, and weed spray utilities.Engagements will be on an as-required, non-exclusive basis, with no guaranteed volume of work, and suppliers must meet stringent work health and safety, environmental, insurance and performance requirements to ensure safe, reliable and compliant service delivery.
