### 🎯 Scope and Requirements
The successful bidder will be responsible for:
* **Content Development:** Creating training modules covering the *Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2003*, *Torres Strait Islander Cultural Heritage Act 2003*, and *Cape York Peninsula Heritage Act 2007*.
* **Training Delivery:** Conducting face-to-face sessions in **Cairns, Coen, and Bamaga** for approximately 16 participants.
* **Accessibility:** Adapting materials for audiences with low literacy/numeracy levels and English as a second language.
* **Certification:** Providing assessment tools and certificates of completion.
