This contract aims to maintain road safety and manage invasive species across Council-managed road reserves, open spaces, and public reserves within the Nambucca Local Government Area (LGA). 📋 Key Requirements & Scope Service Delivery: Provision of high-volume spraying, vegetation control, and weed management as directed by Council staff. Compliance: All work must adhere to APVMA label constraints, minor off-use permits, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Mandatory Qualifications: Applicants must hold a current Chemcert and NSW EPA Ground Applicator License. Traffic Management: Contractors are responsible for all traffic control, including the preparation of traffic control plans and the provision of signage and controllers.
