Summary and scope
The Contract is for the provision of routine and reactive air-conditioning related services as follows:(a) Routine servicing of air-conditioning assets as detailed in Appendix 1, Schedule 4;(b) Reactive servicing and repairs in instances where air-conditioning systems are malfunctioning or not performing optimally;(c) Asset replacement as directed; and(d) Refrigerant recovery services for Kununurra and Wyndham Landfills.
