Suppliers are invited by the Queensland Government Department of Justice (DoJ) to submit an offer for Invitation to Offer No.1006.2526 for the provision of jury notices secure printing and bulk mailout services.The scope of the potential Contract will cover the following requirements:• weekly secure printing of three template letters (Notice to Prospective Juror, Prospective Juror Questionnaire, and Prospective Juror Key Questions.• preparation and dispatch of letters into Australia Post mail delivery service to Queensland citizens as determined by DoJ, using DoJ-branded postage paid envelopes.The contract is for an initial term of three years, with two x two-year extension options at DoJ's discretion.
