Summary and scope
Woollahra Municipal Council (Council) is using to select providers to install and manage Advertising Assets at selected sites within Council’s owned Kiaora Place Shopping Centre to generate revenue for Council. Council is seeking submissions to this Request for Tender from experienced Out-of-Home advertising companies who have the ability to meet Council’s primary objective to maximise the potential commercial return to Council through advertising, to fund other works & services throughout Council’s community. In this regard, the site locations selected are located predominantly in high pedestrian & high visibility areas within the Shopping Centre’s foyers & carpark.
