Summary and scope
Tenders are invited for the provision of invasive plant management services within Sunshine Coast Council-managed road reserve network.The successful Contractor will be required to manage priority invasive plant species in an efficient, sustainable and safe manner, in accordance with ITT2547 Schedule 5 Attachment 1 Specification, with works delivered across two primary service streams:1. Environmental/sensitive area weed management using bush regeneration techniques (e.g. cut-and-swab/cut stump, stem scrape-and-paint, targeted foliar and spot spraying); and2. A region-wide, scheduled seasonal spray program targeting priority agricultural and pastoral weeds, delivered primarily using a high-volume mobile spray unit with supplementary knapsack and spot spraying.
