🏗️ Tender Overview: Browns Plains SHS Infrastructure Upgrades The Department of Education (Queensland) is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the Rectification of Multipurpose Sports Courts and Partial Demolition of the Communication’s Block at Browns Plains State High School. This project is part of the state's Targeted Maintenance Programme (TMP). 📋 Scope of Work The successful bidder will be responsible for both design and construction, including: Sports Courts: Rectification of damaged asphalt-topped multipurpose courts and associated external drainage works. Communication’s Block: Partial demolition, including the relocation of the Electrical Distribution Board, capping of hydraulic services, structural modifications, and external landscaping. 🛠️ Requirements & Qualifications To be eligible for this contract, bidders must possess: Licensing: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences covering the full scope of works.
