Summary and scope

Request for Tender (RFT) - The Principal is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for construction works associated with the renewal of an existing playspace within Victory Reserve, Kogarah.Refer to Conditions of Tender 1.1 Summary description of the tendered Works, and the Tender set of documentation for more information.NOTE: The returnable BOQ has been updated to reflect corrected concrete quantities, and references the drinking fountain soakage pit detail sizing. Contractors are advised to use this updated version (or amend their copy in accordance with the updated BOQ).Also note that all quantity take-offs are to be checked by the contractor. Its is noted that there is an error in the DEMOLITION PLAN 01, which indicates demolition of fencing along the southern boundary (with house at 12 Cross St).The only fencing to be demolished is the 58 lin. m section of fencing along Cross St (to be replaced with new fencing).
