The current toilet block is showing signs of age, it is 50 years plus old, there is some deterioration of the building fabric including minor spalling of brickwork and some timber rot though not suspected of being detrimental to the building’s structural adequacy. The fit out, cubicle doors, wash benches and tapware are in poor condition and are in need of replacement. The floor and wall tiles have been patched in the past and though functional, is not the best look for the parkThere is a non-mandatory site inspection scheduled for 22/06/2026 at 10am.
