🌿 Tender Overview: Washdown Facility Maintenance The Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) is inviting quotations for professional mowing, slashing, and spraying maintenance services at four key washdown facilities located in Emerald, Springsure, Rolleston, and Duaringa, Queensland. 📋 Scope of Work Successful bidders will be responsible for vegetation management to ensure the operational integrity of the facilities. Key requirements include: Vegetation Control: Maintaining grass and weeds around washdown underbodies, settlement ponds, effluent waste piles, and drying beds. Routine Schedule: Maintenance must be performed on a recurring basis, every 2 to 3 weeks. Reporting: Submission of 'before and after' photographs to the Rural Lands team for every site attendance. 🛠 Requirements Bidders must possess the appropriate equipment to perform these tasks, including: Zero-turn or front-deck mowers. Trailers for equipment and green waste transport.
