Summary and scope
The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) invites suitably qualified Suppliers to submit an Offer for the provision of a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solution.UniSQ currently undertakes control monitoring activities across key financial and people-related processes, including procure-to-pay (including corporate credit cards) and payroll, through a combination of manual and fragmented approaches. This limits the University’s ability to consistently identify control exceptions, anomalies, non-compliance and potential fraud in a timely and systematic manner. The objective of this Invitation to Offer is to implement a Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) solution that strengthens oversight, risk detection, and assurance across critical business processes.
