EXPRESSION OF INTERESTCouncil is undertaking the Stage 2 upgrade of the Evans Head Sewage Treatment Plant to improve operational performance, increase treatment capacity and ensure long-term reliability of the asset.Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for the construction of the Evans Head Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Stage 2 Upgrade.It is intended that this Procurement Process will comprise two stages:Stage 1: Expression of Interest (this document)An invitation for expressions of interest stage. Submissions received in this stage will be assessed against the Evaluation Criteria in the EOI and Successful Respondents (if any) will be invited to participate in the RFT process. Stage 2: RFT A request for tender process where Successful Respondents from the EOI process may be invited to submit a tender for the Contract. The RFT would specifically detail Council’s specification/scope of work and will include the conditions of contract and pricing requirements.
