EXPRESSION OF INTEREST SORT FOR THE TWO OFF FABRICATED PIPE/VALVE SKIDS FOR MOBILE NITROGEN PURGINGMonadelphous is currently undertaking the construction of the greenfield Brigalow Peaking Power Plant (PPP), a gas-fired power station being delivered for CS Energy.As part of this project, we require the detail design and supply of an fabricated nitrogen purging skids (valve skids).Please reply to this expression of interest with your capability and desire to go onto a tender list to quote the beforementioned works. (scope summary provided below).This Scope of Supply is for the design, supply, manufacture, factory acceptance testing, transport to Site, and commissioning support of the mobile nitrogen system equipment based on the details provided with this document. The Supplier shall supply for following items/equipment:1. 1 off Nitrogen Pressure Reducing Skid (Tag 00QJD30)2. 1 off Mobile Nitrogen Purging Skid (Tag OOQDJD31)Generally, the skid supply scope includes • Design and Engineering including design reviews, workshops and risk assessments• Supplier’s Vendor data documents • Supply of valves, flanges, gaskets, pipe, steelwork, grating, gauges, instruments, handrails, hoses, couplings, pipe fittings, cables, junction boxes, Strainers, accessories• Fabrication and assembly• Testing – pressure testing, control system testing, factory acceptance testing, relief valve testing• Commissioning Support (on-site)• Commissioning Spares (including Strainers)• Operating and Maintenance spares• Skid Earthing system• Delivery to site (Incoterm DAP)• Factory Acceptance Testing• Commissioning Support
