Summary and scope
Council is calling for responses from suitably experienced and qualified Contractors to provide services (Services) within the Penrith Local Government Area in relation to Cleaning Services for Community Facilities (Project), as further described in Attachment [3] of this RFT – Contract Scope of Services. The Scope of Services will involve cleaning designated community facilities across four (4) Categories of service. The Categories include Community Centres, Halls, Neighbourhood Centres, Youth Centres, Senior’s Centres, Libraries, Leisure Centres, Childcare Facilities, and St Marys Queen Street Administration Building.
